All my idols are dead and my enemies are in power. There comes a time when you are forced to take stock. For Christoffer Fransson - former member of Ultra Satan - that time has come. Fransson Hill is less a project than a state: a controlled environment where rock is subjected to discipline and study rather than identity and posture. All music is, by its very nature, the expression of an obsession. More precisely, Fransson Hill is a romantic album in the strictest sense of the term: conceived by an artist whose fidelity to music has been maintained over time, and has been tested by it. The elements of an entire life devoted to rock are re-examined and reassembled. From the very first notes of "Shit City", time is reset, and life reappears without predefined limits.
