Two Sessions For The BBC

Description

Trevor Lucas and Gerry Conway, former members of the band Eclection, founded Fotheringay in 1969 with Sandy Denny, after she left Fairport Convention to sing her own compositions. The record features two BBC sessions: the first recorded at the Playhouse Theatre in April 1970, and the second at Maida Vale studios in November 1970. Although captured live, the takes maintain excellent sound quality.
