For years, Franco-English artist FLOX, based in Paris, has been sowing his seeds of NU REGGAE on stages across France, cultivating a new genre between roots and electro. Influenced by Jamaican culture, from LKJ to The Police, and embracing the modernity of Fat Freddy's Drop, FLOX now offers us his 5th album, HOMEGROWN. "WELCOME TO MY GARDEN." Although the four previous albums best illustrate the artist's world, personality, and journey, HOMEGROWN brings us closest to FLOX. This new local production reveals more about his state of mind: to be and, above all, to remain authentic, even if it sometimes means "putting oneself in danger"; always doing what one feels without any concessions. To do it for oneself, and ultimately to share what is most honest within us.
