Sub Pop is reissuing FEEDTIME's first four albums as a box set, which will include, in addition to the four original albums in their entirety, several rare tracks (singles and compilations). These are feedtime (1985), Shovel (1986), Cooper S (1988) and Suction (1989). FEEDTIME featured a spoken, deep, and anxious vocal style dominating a brief, nervous rock, with sharp guitar riffs and fat bass lines. It was something between the darkness of punk and the vintage of blues, an abrasive rock that was already a bit noisy. The reissue of the albums, necessary and awaited by an army of fans, pays discreet homage to these magnificent losers, heralds of a dark, decadent, and savory rock.
