An ode in favor of respecting nature and its diversity, Le Violon et l’Oiseau tells the initiatory journey of a domestic bird that only knows the learned language acquired through a music box. The Bird, a virtuoso canary, perfectly imitates the tunes taught to him by a little girl using her music box. But one stormy night, his cage is hurled outside and lands, torn apart, in a tree. Confronted with the vocalizations, chirps, and tweets of his fellow birds, the Bird then embarks on an initiatory journey where he discovers his own song… and his freedom.
