L'Ensemble Intercontemporain, under the direction of George Jackson, records for the first time "Reich- Richter", an unpublished work born from the intimate artistic understanding between American composer Steve Reich and painter Gerhard Richter. Created by Pierre Boulez in 1976, the Ensemble Intercontemporain is dedicated to the music of the 20th century to the present day. United by a shared passion for creation, they participate in the exploration of new musical territories alongside composers, to whom commissions for new works are made each year.
