Since their first album, Le monde sera meilleur released in 2001, Enhancer has been busy and the nu-metal wave has swept across France. The band with three singers has toured extensively, collaborated with rappers for a project that unfortunately never came to fruition, changed labels, and thought long and hard about what comes next. More varied than its predecessor (Cinglés, Existence, or Enhancer reveal unexpected facets), recorded with the help of Machine (known for his work with Prodigy, White Zombie, or Shootyz Groove), Street Trash allows for a complete immersion in a nu-metal that looks beyond its own nose. Of course, the arrogance of the lyrics and the power of the guitars are still present (Street Trash, La mallette), but truly ambitious tracks (Contre-temps and especially the epic Ma musique) indicate that these seven troublemakers will definitely need to be reckoned with.
