Formed in 2014 in Hamburg, Germany, the quintet quickly forged a reputation as European death metal’s most dynamic wrecking ball. From the blistering evisceration of debut album Flesh Hammer Prophecy, to 2019’s Metal Blade debut The Harvest, and through to the excellent Mount Carcass two years later, Endseeker have honed a formula so formidable that their ascent feels almost inevitable. A formula so formidable that their rise to prominence feels almost inevitable. Now in 2023, Endseeker return with their most crushing and charismatic album to date: Global Worming. After the rapturous reception of Mount Carcass, Endseeker approached the writing process for their fourth album with great confidence. Again working with engineer and mixing master Eike Freese, Endseeker entered the studio like a nail bomb in a graveyard. The result is “Global Worming”, both the Germans’ best work to date, and a new blueprint for old school death metal.
