Dry Kill Logic was categorized in the early 2000s "nu-metal" movement, but their first album, The Darker Side of Nonsense (2001), is a true sonic scourge of singular power. In fact, even Roadrunner, a label hardly inclined to yield to the sirens of commercial success, asked them for a more commercial sound for their next album, which pushed Dry Kill Logic to explore less crowd-pleasing horizons. The uncompromising lyrics of singer Cliff Rigano are relentless: "You reap what you sow / Lost, here I am again / All this hatred, I focus it on you." For the 25th anniversary of its original release, we have remastered The Darker Side of Nonsense for its first vinyl edition and faithfully recreated the both beautiful and grotesque cover, with a new color inner sleeve.
