Since its inception in 2017, HEILUNG, the enigmatic world music collective, has opened melodic pathways to the past with a unique and captivating sound. Eschewing all labels and stylistic constraints, the band aptly describes its music as "amplified history," emphasizing its ability to connect modern society with the rudiments of early humanity through sound.
Once again, HEILUNG travels into the past with a new chapter titled ‘Drif,’ however, unlike its previous works centered on medieval Northern Europe, this third album explores all major ancient civilizations.
