While it’s possible to identify some familiar elements on this debut album, *Tide Turns Eternal*, the fact is that Dream Unending takes these two pillars of the contemporary underground death metal scene in entirely new and unexpected directions, offering the first glimpse into what promises to be an ever-evolving form.
