Mozart is the reason I wanted to do opera! Twenty years after her debut as Susanna in "The Marriage of Figaro" in Salzburg, Dorothea Röschmann offers us her first solo Mozart recital; it includes the famous arias from "Don Giovanni," "Le Nozze di Figaro." The German soprano is at the height of her art, and the famous Tagesspiegel praises her as one of the greatest Mozartian voices of today. The present program perfectly reflects this, and offers us several dramatic aspects thanks to the diverse characters she portrays.
