Live at the BBC 1967 EP

Description

After leaving the Moody Blues, Denny Laine formed the Electric String Band in December 1966, featuring himself on guitar and vocals, Cliff Barton on bass, Viv Prince (ex-Pretty Things) on drums, and a cello/violin quartet made up of former Royal Academy players. Denny remembers: "It was exhausting and expensive. Everyone had to be paid and what little money I'd saved eventually ran out. So there I was again – happy but broke!"
