De Poema's was a Dutch supergroup consisting of members of the band Van Dik Hout and the duo Acda & De Munnik. During their collaboration, which lasted from 1999 to 2003, they released several singles, some of which charted in the Netherlands. In 2003, they released their only album, entitled 'Best Of', a compilation of all the songs they had recorded together over the years. 'The Poema's Best Of' is now available for the first time on vinyl, as a limited and numbered edition of 1000 copies on transparent blue vinyl.
