Just after THE DAMNED's first split in 1989, DAVID VANIAN (singer) launched this project and formed The Phantom Chords! It wasn't until 1995 that this first album was finally released, despite a first single in 1990 and a second in 1992. First vinyl edition to date. Only released on CD originally.
