Love Lives Forever - BBC Sessions 2003-2011
Description
Daniel Johnston's legacy is legendary. This quintessential DIY artist began his career in Austin, Texas, selling cassettes from his job at McDonald's. The rest, as they say, is history, and fans of 1980s American alternative music know his work and the people he inspired. This is not a biography, however; it is a simple message to inform the public that the second pressing of Daniel's radio sessions recorded for the BBC will be released on LP. Inspired by Marc Riley of BBC Radio 6 Music, the tracks were licensed by the BBC and approved by Daniel's family, his management, and a charity. A few bootleg recordings of these sessions have been available over the years, but they have now been mastered and carefully cut by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios.Buy Love Lives Forever - BBC Sessions 2003-2011 at the best price
