Dangerface, Fysisk Format’s latest signing, is a primitive punky rock band in the vein of The Good, The Bad & The Zugly, Gallows and The Bronx. Hailing from the west coast of Norway, in Stavanger, they’re ready with their second album "Be Damned". On it you'll find everything from catchy hooks to the deepest despair, constantly backed by the band's spirit, which is an unpolished concoction of face-kicks inspired by post-lockdown apocalyptic conditions, firmly rooted in the world of fast and dirty punk rock, seasoned with noisy hardcore, catchy metal and 80's glam hard rock (Guns ‘N Roses, Motley Crue). The album was recorded in the spring of 2022 at Bridge Burner Recording in Stavanger, and produced by the band themselves with assistance from Orjan Kristoffersen Lund (NAG, Avast), who was also responsible for the album's mixing. Mastering was handled by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege (Touche Amore, Kylesa, Svalbard, Conjurer) in Portland, USA. "Be Damned!" is the long-awaited follow-up to the band's critically acclaimed debut album "Get Loud!" (2019), which was well-received by both domestic and international press, and among other things led to the band playing festivals in England and Germany (2000 Trees, Summer Breeze Open Air).
