"Ellengæst" has the heavy task of following up the famous "Great Escape" from 2018. Although this new album does not try to sound like its illustrious predecessor, the particular circumstances of its creation would have prevented it anyway... On the first day of recording, CRIPPLED BLACK PHOENIX suddenly found itself without a singer or keyboardist. If such a setback would spell the end for most bands, the group's leader Justin Greaves took the opportunity to draw from his extensive network of musician friends.
