Description

The 12 Preludes are inscribed in a style that can be described as post-modern, advocating a return to tonality and classical cadences. One can hear as many reminiscences of great classical composers such as Chopin, Schumann, or Liszt, as well as film music or pop like Ennio Morricone and ABBA. It is music directly inspired by the heart and accessible to all.
Audric de Oliveira perfects his skills alongside pianist Edna Golandsky in New York as well as pianist Jean-Marc Luisada and Caroline Sageman at the Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot in Paris. In addition to being a concert artist, composition holds a large place in his life.
