{"product_id":"cissi-santucci-enzo-scoppa-piero-umiliani_olimpiade_2025_mdl","title":"Olimpiade","description":"Trumpeter Francesco \"Cicci\" Santucci and saxophonist Enzo Scoppa first made their mark in the late 1950s as part of the Italian group Modern Jazz Gang, alongside other great names in Italian jazz such as Sandro Brugnolini and Amadeo Tommasi. In June 1971, \"il maestro\" Piero Umiliani made his Sound Workshop, a recording studio located in the heart of Rome, available to them to create an album under his supervision. This resulted in Olimpiade, a jazz-funk album featuring Franco d'Andrea on electric piano (who would play in the group Perigeo a year later) and Belgian musician Joel Vendrokenbrak on organ. It should be noted that this session was also released on the Dire label under the name \"On the Underground Road,\" but it is reissued here for the first time with its magnificent original cover. A poster of this cover and a printed inner sleeve featuring the Sound Workshop studio are also included with this reissue.","brand":"Cissi Santucci, Enzo Scoppa, Piero Umiliani","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55311879012696,"sku":null,"price":0.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/3700604766698.jpg?v=1760405451","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/cissi-santucci-enzo-scoppa-piero-umiliani_olimpiade_2025_mdl","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
