After deserting the stage for twenty-five years and finally treating himself to a resurrection album (Comm' si la Terre penchait), the last of the Bevilacqua celebrates his grand return to the stage by choosing the most mythical of venues. It was in March 2002 that the Olympia welcomed Christophe for an unexpected concert during which the dandy alternated his timeless best-ofs (nostalgia obliges) and a few tracks from his previous album ("Elle dit, elle dit, elle dit," "Comme un interdit," "L'enfer commence avec L."). Thirty-eight years of career are thus summarized in this live album, which alone testifies to the immense talent of an artist who, despite a fragile health, has lost none of his genius.
