Now, more than twenty years later, the legendary cassette mixes have been unearthed, remastered, and made available for the first time outside of Africa, featuring the original cassette artwork. Cheikh Lô crafted an inspired and sensual sound, blending acoustic and electric elements, bringing together double basses, acoustic guitars, tamas (talking drums), flutes, along with a touch of electric bass and keyboards.
