Description
Back in Paris after a long stay in America, Charles Trenet is warming up his act in La Varenne before performing at the Olympia, in front of an audience particularly familiar to him. There's his postman, who only takes flight in Charles's songs, his baker, the very one who kneads the dough with all his might in "Y a d'la joie", the station master of the small La Varenne station whom he mentions in "Revoir Paris"... It's an almost family recital with a truly unique atmosphere, where he mixes new and old songs.
