CATEGORY 7, a new heavy metal band with John Bush (Armored Saint, Anthrax), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob), Phil Demmel (Machine Head), Jack Gibson (Exodus) and Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall), will release their self-titled debut album on July 26, via Metal Blade Records. Phil Demmel states, "This is not a side project, it's a real band. We have created incredible music and we are very proud of it." Blending thrash, punk-metal and traditional metal, the album offers an eclectic and cohesive musical framework for John Bush's very recognizable voice.
