Why are burkas actually blue? It all started with this question in 2002. At the invitation of the Goethe-Institut, Frank Fenstermacher and Kurt Dahlke, from the German post-punk band Fehlfarben, along with drummer Saskia von Klitzing (Fehlfarben, FM Einheit, chicks on speed), embarked on a journey to teach the basics of pop music. But almost no one wanted to learn drums, except for the only woman present, Nargis.
