Description

The generation of Buddy Guy, born in 1936 in Louisiana, is the one that took up the torch from the inventors of the style. He himself evolved it by moving to Chicago at the age of twenty and, like many others (Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker at the forefront), by transitioning from acoustic guitar to its electric version. Recorded in 2003, Blues Singer is an intense album that stands out in a discography of around fifty references. A passport to the land of blues, it features two notable guests, B.B.
