Mark Everett (EELS) and Katie Boo (79.5) reinvent themselves in the indie folk duo BOO BOOS!First album from the dynamic duo Boo Boos, made up of two artists living on opposite coasts of the United States: Katie Boo (Kate Mattison) and Bronco Boo (Mark Everett of EELS).One night in Los Angeles, while listening to KCRW, Bronco comes across a song by 79.5 that he really likes. Shortly after, he is asked to create a playlist for RadioL'envie, and he includes this track. This marks the beginning of a verbal exchange between the two artists, which quickly turns into a musical dialogue: ideas and songs travel between Brooklyn, NY, and Los Feliz, CA.Sensing they had something special, and discovering they shared the same last name, they found it a shame not to record these tracks. So they did.
