New album from French electro combo Birdy Nam Nam: five years have passed between the two records, a period marked by the departure of Pone, one of the original members of the group. After two years of touring and Pone's departure, Birdy Nam Nam wanted to use "Dance Or Die" to return to their main influences and stop bothering with making something unified. So you can find pure funk, rap, and trap in addition to their electronic style, for a record made coherent by its production. Most of "Dance Or Die" was recorded in Paris, Birdy Nam Nam's hometown. But before its finalization, the three remaining members went to the countryside to escape Paris and their family obligations in order to concentrate 24/7 on the new direction to take.
