Bertrand Belin is, first and foremost, a voice. Deep and slow, soft and captivating. A voice that eschews grand effects, rising to slowly and lastingly insinuate itself within you. He also uses words like precious commodities, always seeking to give them the greatest possible depth and resonance. He also creates music that elegantly oscillates between folk and rock. This voice, these words, and this music form his unique character. He has also collaborated with others, most recently in a notable duet with the now-cult garage band, The Liminanas. *Persona* is Bertrand Belin's sixth album. *Persona* is not a song on the album, but rather it unites and binds it together. *Persona* embraces.
