The production, entrusted to Ludovic Tartavel of Studio de la Grande Armée and Benjamin Joubert of Biduloscope, gives a new dimension to the timbres of the voices and clarinet, to the resonances of the drums as well as to the bass notes, more sidereal than ever. One could cite Swans, Tindersticks or Henri Texier among the influences joining Nick Cave, Tuxedomoon and Woven Hand, but it is clear that BÄRLIN, here more than ever, plays with labels and genre boundaries.
