Originally released in 2004, Replay captures Bark Psychosis at the height of its creativity (1988–1994), a period when the band laid the foundations of post-rock with a sound made of striking contrasts: sculpted noise, whispered vocals, synthetic layers, and emotionally charged soundscapes. Reissued on CD, the album remains true to the original with live recordings from 1991 at St John’s Church, where the acoustics enhance the band's dynamics.
