Since the release of their first album in 1975, Azymuth has risen to the ranks of the greatest jazz, funk, and fusion groups in the world. These unreleased recordings took place between 1973 and 1975 in Bertrami's personal studio. At the time of the recording, there was nothing in Brazil or elsewhere that sounded like this. Bertrami was therefore immediately criticized for his avant-garde music.
