The new album from the amazing project of Arjen Lucassen, "Transitus," the new album by Ayreon, is built around a story that is not connected to the rest of the Ayreon universe. However, insiders will find some subtle links! The theme of science fiction materializes in a gothic ghost story set in the 19th century with elements of horror and the supernatural. A big fan of Doctor Who, Arjen Lucassen is proud to have enlisted one of the most well-known voices in sci-fi for this project. Indeed, Tom Baker, who portrayed the character of Doctor Who on screen for 8 years, is the narrator of the story!
