Recorded between Hachijo Island and Tokyo, the album merges two major sensibilities of Japanese ambient and electronic music into a meditative, light, and luminous breath, between tradition and modernity.A respected figure in the Japanese New Age scene, Isoda has been crafting timeless music from Hachijo-jima, blending harp, winds, and electronic textures, while aus, from Tokyo, distills tender and melodic soundscapes. Their meeting becomes a suspended dialogue between sea and land, generations and distances, born from sketches of water, islands, and light.
