Mr Bongo celebrates the 100th release of its BRAZIL45 series!On side A, the seductive and exotic samba of "Redondo Sambao" by As Meninas. With beautiful arrangements of female vocals, flutes and vibrant rhythms, this song overflows with charm. Originally released in 1967 on a 7"" under the Som Maior imprint, to our knowledge the group unfortunately only had a few releases.On side B, "Brasileiro" is taken from Jorginho Telles' 1971 eponymous album and also appears on a 7"", both released on Copacabana Records.
