Sheldon explores the inner "monsters" — fears, doubts, and emotional legacies — that he chooses to tame with sensitivity and calm. Through 14 tracks blending rap and various influences, he addresses universal themes such as identity, family, fatherhood, and friendship, with intimate and vivid writing. Driven by a strong narrative, the project alternates between introspection and bright moments, enriched by collaborations (Chilly Gonzales, Tuerie, Asfar Shamsi, Jazzy Bazz) and a new generation of musicians. Designed as a collective and sincere work, the album highlights the artist's close ones, both in its musical and visual creation.
