For their new album, musicians Arne Jansen (guitar) and Stephan Braun (cello), regular collaborators of artists like Melody Gardot or Nils Landgren, have chosen to tell their own stories around a central theme: friendship. "Short Stories" illustrates the creativity and virtuosity of the duo who, thanks to delays, loops and pedals, often sound like a much larger ensemble, evoking synthesizers and percussive rhythms.
