Produced by John Congleton at Blackbox Studios in France and mixed in Dallas, United States, "One Breath" was composed over a year of writing and then recorded in a few intense weeks. "One Breath," more personal than its predecessor nominated for the Mercury and Brit Awards, is both contemplative and accessible. It reveals a balance between optimism and despair, splendor and depravity. The fervor of the first album is still very much present, and "One Breath" is all the more instinctive and sharp, revealing a wider spectrum of textures and emotions.
