A powerful and intense program, reflecting the two young musicians, whose already confirmed excellence is supported by the Gautier Capuçon Foundation. Pianist Anastasia Rizikov won the 1st Prize at the Vladimir Horowitz International Competition in Kyiv at the age of 7. A student of Franck Braley at the CNSM, she made her debut at the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing with Gautier Capuçon after joining the Gautier Capuçon Foundation as a Laureate of the 2022 class. It was then that she created the Shum duo with cellist Lisa Strauss. A student of Michel Strauss at the CNSM and of Gautier Capuçon's cello excellence class at the Louis Vuitton Foundation, she has refined her skills alongside Yo-Yo Ma, Ivry Gitlis, and Lynn Harrell.
