Fika Recordings is proud to present "Bring On The Apathy", the third solo album by Scottish singer-songwriter Adam Ross, available on May 22, 2026. Recorded on magnetic tape, using traditional analog techniques, at Green Door Studio in Glasgow with Samuel J. Smith, this album reveals compositions of great sincerity, finesse, and rare personality, by one of Scotland's most accomplished songwriters. This vintage recording approach lends a unique warmth and intimacy to this raw yet organic album, beautifully arranged and performed thanks to a host of excellent collaborators. The core band consists of Owen Curtis-Williams on drums, Cameron Maxwell on bass, Pedro Cameron on violin, Gillian Fleetwood on harp, and Pete MacDonald (longtime collaborator of Randolph's Leap) on piano. Mercury Prize-nominated artist C Duncan was brought in to write and perform backing vocals alongside Amanda Nizich and Gillian Fleetwood.
