I Care 4 U is the first posthumous compilation of the "Princess of R&B" Aaliyah. After her tragic and untimely death, Blackground Records released a posthumous album featuring songs from her studio albums and previously unreleased tracks and demos, as well as hit singles and recordings that ultimately did not make it onto previous albums.
The compilation was a commercial success, debuting at number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum. It includes the unreleased track "Miss You."
