A song that came to be written almost on its own at a time when I needed it. When stopping music seemed like the only way out, it was as if this song had slipped in to tell me, \"go see what comes next.\" It came to me, like a seashell that catches our attention more than any other. This song is the first song I released, and it's called Thérapie. In it, I say, \"I won't follow therapy, because it's not me, it's the world.\" The day after its release, I contacted a psychologist to start my first therapy. I went to talk about all the topics I mentioned in the album, all those emotions I had managed to express but not resolve. Living space, salary, work\/life balance, overwork—we went through each subject one by one so I could understand myself better. One of the main topics was my desire to live in the Landes while my artistic life was in Paris. So I tried the first option and moved back to the region where I grew up. The album was finalized as my therapy progressed. I remember those moments of introspection, that need to clear my mind; I was on the beach and I walked, until I realized the treasures it hid. That's when I started picking up my first seashell. Why, among all the others, did my gaze fall on that one? I don't know, but I liked it, and most importantly, I wasn't thinking about anything. I continued on my way, and little by little, my interest turned to the rarer shells, fragments, purple ones... I found myself in an almost hypnotic state between the sound of the ocean, the low sun, and the salty smells. I would sometimes spend 15 minutes finding just one shell, the smallest, the most battered, the one shaped by the waves. I realized that for all these years, I had been walking on them, without paying attention, just like my emotions.
