A celebration of the power of radio written to mark the BBC’s centenary, This New Noise saw the band join forces with the 88-piece BBC Symphony Orchestra and conductor Jules Buckley. The show, a highlight of the 2022 BBC Proms, received a 5* review in The Telegraph. Founding member J. Willgoose, Esq. has remixed the concert from the ground up, bringing even more depth and texture out of a multi-faceted performance and showing it in a new light. It has now been over ten years since Public Service Broadcasting started “teaching the lessons of the past through the music of the future.” Their second album, The Race For Space, released in 2015, quickly went gold with over 100,000 copies sold in the UK alone. In 2017 they worked with James Dean Bradfield of the Manic Street Preachers to create Every Valley, a moving exploration of community and memory through the rise and fall of the British coal industry. Bright Magic, released in 2021, and their most ambitious album to date, entered the UK album chart at number 2.","brand":"Public Service Broadcasting","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55307677761880,"sku":null,"price":23976289.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/5055869550109.jpg?v=1776461052","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/public-service-broadcasting_this-new-noise_2023_dif","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
