Also on the DVD: the trailer for the documentary film Playing for Change (PFC), as well as information about the PFC Foundation. For a decade, engineer\/producer Mark Johnson (a Grammy Award winner) has been traveling the world with his Playing For Change team with a single passion in mind: connecting musicians from around the world on timeless anthems. This ambitious journey begins in post-apartheid South Africa and continues through the Middle East before reaching the Himalayas. Using modern equipment, the PFC team is constantly filming, capturing and recording more than a hundred musicians, mostly outdoors: parks, public squares and wide avenues, in front of doorways, on cobblestone streets or in the heart of pueblos in the hills. Each recorded performance creates a new mix where all the artists play together in a way... even if hundreds or thousands of kilometers separate them.","brand":"Playing For Change","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58752432865624,"sku":null,"price":22931116.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/OS0zMTMyLmpwZWc.jpg?v=1791850381","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/playing-for-change_playing-for-change-3-songs-around-the-world-inclus-dvd-bonus_2014","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
