Nirek has recently started teaching for Master Classes or Blues Workshops. He has performed on the biggest stages and jazz festivals in Europe and regularly participates in tours around the world. On stage or in the studio, he has worked with many internationally renowned artists such as: Chuck Berry, Evan Christopher, Uros ''Perry'' Perich... With a discography of over a hundred recordings, several of his albums as a leader have won awards. He was voted best French blues guitarist in 1999, 2000, and 2003 by the France Blues trophies. He plays with Benoît Blue Boy and has accompanied legends passing through Europe such as Lazy Lester, Big Bill Morganfield (Son of Muddy Waters)... He had the honor of performing on the main stage of the Montreal jazz festival with Benoît Blue Boy. Stan released an album under his name about ten years ago titled Ready To Go. \u003cbr\u003e On tenor saxophone, Claude Braud has a giant career as a jazzman, having played with Lillian Boutté, Les Gigolos, Megaswing, Blues de Paris, Saxomania... He has a big sound, enormous swing, and limitless kindness. A master of enchanting swing and overflowing energy! He has been swinging with Nirek Mokar for almost 10 years, and he is the pillar of the group. He is 73 years old but has the energy of a 20-year-old. \u003cbr\u003e On double bass, Nicolas Dubouchet started playing the double bass at 13 during the rockabilly revival period, learning the slap technique in various Parisian groups. In 1996, he left the capital for Bordeaux, where he founded his group Charlaz. At the same time, he encountered the world of boogie-blues with, among others, Julien Brunetaud and Anthony Stelmaszack. His passion for slap will lead him to study the style of Willie Dixon, Pops Foster, and pioneers of New Orleans jazz and blues.
