They define it as the album of change, as singer Carson told NME: “Total Nite (their 2nd album) was the end of the book.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis is a brand new book. It’s like we’re starting a new band with a different name. We’ve already explored our reality, now we’re going to reinvent ourselves as a pop band.”\u003cbr\u003e\nAfter the End lives up to its promises, with its 10 songs, somewhere between the heyday of The Smiths and Jesus \u0026amp; Mary Chain.\u003cbr\u003e\nThey have also added 2 members to their trio and are now five: Carson Cox (vocals\u003cbr\u003eguitar), David Vassalotti (guitar), Patrick Brady (bass), Chris Horn (guitar\u003cbr\u003ekeyboard\u003cbr\u003esaxophone) and Elsner Niño (drums).\u003cbr\u003e\nThe album was recorded in 6 months, in the house the band shares in Tampa.
