The whole is built on a dominant rhythm section, featuring Moore's Rickenbacker 4003 and Fender Jazz Bass, accompanied by Rhodes, Solina and Logan strings, Strat and Les Paul guitars, and even his saxophone.An evolving project since the late 90s, Lovelock has moved from italo-disco to a broader fusion of pop and commercial sounds from the 70s and 80s, while remaining a field of musical experimentation for Moore. The titles and compositions, evocative yet deliberately vague, suggest an immersive sonic journey.
