Jason Becker is the composer guitarist who has been affected by ALS for 27 years. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known in the French-speaking world as Charcot's disease, is a neurodegenerative disease of the motor neurons that causes general paralysis. He began his music career at 17 with the band Cacophonie alongside Marty Friedman (Megadeth). His solo albums have been a great source of inspiration for the entire guitar, metal, and rock scene. At 20, he joined the already very famous David Lee Roth's band, during which they released the album \"A Little Ain't Enough,\" the 4th album by David Lee Roth that quickly became Gold Record. Unfortunately, it was shortly after that Jason was diagnosed with ALS. In 2012, the documentary \"Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet\" was released. This documentary, which traces Jason's life, has won awards at numerous festivals. He also recently graced the cover of Guitar Player magazine, titled \"Best Shredder of All Time\"! Today, he continues to compose and release tracks thanks to a communication system invented by his father, which is now also benefiting other people affected by this very rare and terrible disease. Many notable guests have wanted to participate in this extraordinary project: Steve Vai, Joe Bonamassa, Paul Gilbert, Neal Schon, Marty Friedman, Greg Howe, Richie Kotzen, Matt Bissonette, Gregg Bissonette, Joe Satriani, Trevor Rabin… Listening to this album, we happily see that the disease has in no way diminished Jason Becker's creative and artistic abilities!","brand":"Jason Becker","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58006978363736,"sku":null,"price":23164928.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/0819873017912.jpg?v=1787178994","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/jason-becker_triumphant-hearts_2018","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
