Formed in 2019 to overcome the difficulty of finding good bassists, the group quickly transformed a one-off project for the underground BackbeatLA series into a regular collaboration, leading to their first album. HUMAN ERROR CLUB AT KENNY’S HOUSE, released on Backwoodz Studioz, was born from three recording sessions between 2021 and 2024 at Kenny Segal's studio. The producer and hip-hop underground figure made all his equipment available to allow the trio to work in total improvisation, a method at the heart of their creative process. The result is an album of musical exploration, where trust, mutual respect, and a shared sonic language give birth to a collection of experimental pieces that extend and reinvent each member's influences. Kenny Segal, in addition to producing and engineering, condensed nearly ten hours of raw material to arrive at this finalized album. He also allowed the inclusion of collaborations with artists from the Backwoodz universe, such as ELUCID, Moor Mother, Pink Siifu, Quelle Chris, billy woods, Cavalier, and k-the-i???, each enriching the trio's soundscapes.
