{"product_id":"dark_science-agrees_2016_son","title":"Science Agrees","description":"D.A.R.K was born from the collaboration between Dolores O'Riordan, Andy Rourke, and Olé Koretsky. Dolores is known for being the singer of the Cranberries, a band with 40 million albums sold worldwide. She has also collaborated in the past with Angelo Badalamenti and Jah Wobble. Andy Rourke is best known as the bassist of the Smiths. He has also worked with the Pretenders, Ian Brown, Sinead O'Connor, and Badly Drawn Boy. The third member of the group is Olé Koretsky, a songwriter, DJ, and producer based in New York. The group first came together when Andy and Olé met at a concert in Washington DC. For two years, they worked together and experimented with sounds in their home studios. During this same period, Dolores met Andy and asked him what he was working on, resulting in an exchange of tracks and ideas from the original demos, with some songs being completely reworked by Dolores. The three found many commonalities, both musically and personally, and decided to push these ideas and turn them into an album by incorporating another project that Olé was working on called SCIENCE AGREES. They all met in the studio in Ontario, Canada for the recording and worked together on the arrangements and production. The result is an album that captures the essence of the three personalities and integrates their love for electronic music and new wave. SCIENCE AGREES is influenced by many artists: Angelo Badalamenti, The Cure, Depeche Mode, David Bowie, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, REM, and a production inspired by Brian Eno, post-punk, post-disco, RZA, and modern Hip Hop.","brand":"D.A.R.K.","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57712803021144,"sku":null,"price":23467562.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/dark_science-agrees_2016_son","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
